Janell’s career has allowed her many opportunities to professionally develop individuals.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Management and a Master’s in Business Administration. 

She has spent the last ten years as an administrator, developer and trainer.   She currently holds a position with a privately held education system.

Janell has taken organizations and increased performance by 125%.  In addition, she speaks nationally helping businesses and individuals understand the process of professional networking, marketing and strategic planning.  Janell has both reviewed resumes as an employer and write resumes as a career coach. 

Her husband, Daniel and she have two children.  They love to ski, camp and cook together.  They live in Idaho.

Jeff Bettinger is a nationally recognized career consultant, speaker, and trainer.  He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, a Master's Degree in Organizational Communication and Education.  He has completed post graduate studies in Adult and Organizational Learning. 

He spent 13 years working for a privately held educational system as an instructor, administrator, and trainer. He then spent several years managing the recruiting departments for two Fortune 500 companies.  As his career progressed, he moved into Talent Development.  He currently manages the executive development and training for a Fortune 125 company.

Because of his unique view of the recruiting world from the inside he is regularly asked by individuals and organizations to share insights into career development and transitions. He has been featured both in print and on television.Several National agencies send their professional candidates to him for coaching and interview preparation. His hobby has turned into a Career Coaching practice that has served hundreds of career transitioning adults and even a few new college graduates. 

His wife Leath and he have four children and love to ski, fish, travel, and watch baseball. They live in Texas and have helped clients from around the globe spanning cultures and continents.
